Game ruin, refusing to play, AFKING, anti-team playing and whateever u can also find

At game rime of 20:00 min he stayed afk in base having fun watching them kiling us. He refused to play, stayed afk at base for almost half an hour and refused to play. Expecting long ban for that act since he fucked a game. Typicall noob, cant hang on a game so ruins it.
