Gotta to love those admins of playdota, so i just had a game with MrNiceguy in sentinel team me in scourage and we had furion on our team (he sold all his items, and used his tp to sprout us in fights, well in other words he tried to *** us even tho we had to play without him), so our beloved playdota admin as mentioned above could kick, couldnt ban and was enjoyig our teams missfortune.
It could seem that this is enought, but when we got exhausted of out fury ***** the game so badly we started pausing the game so the vote would go through, resulting to 1 of our team members getting mutted and atelst furion getting kicked, and i'm shure if that he wount get banned unless one of our team members reports him.

He's former,retaired moderator he couldn't kick as none can.As i guess he had some reason to mute him

mrNiceguy is a former staff member. He can not kick players, nor ban them.
Pausing the game for such a thing is not a good reason to do it.
sakica_696 was muted for a reason - flaming.
mrNiceguy did nothing wrong in that game.
Also, you should choose your words more wisely.

intresting not the exepert on dota bots, but i thought there's no diffrent permissions to admin commands like mute(ingame), kick or ban. If he's retired why did they left him access to mute command

Because of situations like this one. sakica_696 flamed him, badly and mrNiceguy as a responsible person, took care of it. He has access to the mute command, so he can react accordingly in situations like this one and have a flame free and enjoyable game.
None of the moderators, not even administrators are able to kick a player once the game has started. Bans are issued only by B&U moderators (that does not include the whole staff).

You are free to post a ban request for the sentinel team, if you think they broke the rules.
But I do not think that any of the moderators will ban them. For a public game, these kind of things are normal and expected to happen. By joining a public game, you take the risks of losing, having noobs in your team...

Etc banning them isn't working from my experiance, every1 knows how to cr8 an acount. can you explain me why did playdota went from baning IPs to banning names. At least as far as i can remmember when this bot started it was baning IPs and the game owner was the Judge for those bans

pd.eu doesn't ban ip, xpam does

Actually, no.
PD never used IP bans. The game owner was never able to ban others.
There was a time, 2 years ago, when this bot started, then the game owner had slightly more power in his game. But it was a long time ago. And still, the only thing a game owner did was ban the last left player with a command.

Well MrNiceguy didn`t broked any rule,and none of the admins [as i know] can`t kick a person.And how shpura said pd.eu doesn`t ban ip :)
