I strongly believe that action should be taken to stop those few players that are stacking excessively.

There are sanctions for situations that means ruining of the game and I wonder why we still do not have a rule about stacking. Updating rules document has to be easy...

btw, we can have a poll to see if the community supports stacking or not.

Then I am one of them who disagrees with the idea. I think playing against stacked team is a challenge and sometimes it becomes very cool game to play compared to normal RD 1600++ PRoOoOo games. (I have to mention that even those players who stack, sucks so it doesn't make any difference to me xd)

I am not talking about auto-balance. like @ksv said, some players really like to play vs stackers. You can keep playing vs them and if nobody reports the stacking, nobody gets a ban.

i mean i think at this point everyone knows that even a handicapped person can beat tooshade 1v1 so it is obvious that he stacks and only people with 1400 low kda will play with him so he can fullfill is imaginary desires so. Not much to think about but still i would support if there was a rule about stacking.

First of all, you are "last hit" player, so your skill is inexistent, just you let teammates doing 80% of job for removing hp and you only last hit, teamplay knowledge = 0, so better you don't talk.
Another thing, I invite you to respect invalid people before talk saying bullshits "Also an handicap can beat TooShade", when it doesn't make any sense, so stop saying bullshits.
In addiction, when I host games you can see I play always with 4/5 friends, but the difference when you see my games full of 1400+ PSR players, I start it for fun and the difference is that I win those kind of games alone, so I don't need friends (because maybe they are offline), and at same time I don't need teammates, so I do it kinda for fun.
Ending, you can continue to dream Blue Sword icon, even in your next life you won't have, same with other icons.

i mean i was top1 they are giving blue sword to what top2 ? at that time i was having bad relaltionship with one of the admins cause i wasn't boosting him in my games and i didn't receive an icon and it is just an 16 kb of pixel if that what makes u happy go feel free to feel confident. My state dooesn't change i can make a handicapped person beat you in any lane any game because u don't have skill man accept it im not a last hitter i normally play pos 5 in my games which you can  see if you reach ''immortal'' rank in dota 2 and play with me but i play here for fun and still everyone knows you man don't try to cover yourself behind 16 pixel blue swords u are bad and stacker just accept it and play no one will talk about it than. It is all about accepting the facts that u are bad and doing this. No one would care than : D

I can't accept facts that aren't true... I told things how are so, if you want understand ok, if not your problem, you waste time writing not me. Only writing "TooShade stacker", you already wasted 20 seconds of your shamely life without work, according to the typing speed at which you write. And I never see someone said you are good player, he has good skill, never... So? So it means you are useless player in this server and just trashtalk to others. if you think to make me do shit figures (never noone did since I am here) writing I'm stacker, you're wrong, but, continuing to answer me you will collect them like presents for Xmas. Avoid to talk sometimes brings to make nice figure, will you give this example to the community?

Everyone has their own opinion also I respect it and love it,

Players are free to choose to play in tooshade's games like him or leave then join a game balance.

Edit: There some players do not know what means wards / what to buy items for hero / build wrong + they think right doing and others are wrong.

All icons became worthless since you can choose any icon if you are top 10. And relations with staff here is everything. If they dont like you you will get no icon etc. For example my posts appear only after approval. And same tooshade who was faking bot announcement and abusing commands for years was banned for 1 month only.

It would be nice if a command in the bot was to be introduced so that game cannot be started if unbalance is greater than 60-40.. most of us, not hosting, stay on net till game starts, so we cannot know what some host do

I help this server as a moderator long before you came and I will help long after you are gone. You were here 2-3 years, did a few things and now you are just here to promote drama.
Insinuating that psr affects my judgement is based on 0 facts and purely on biased thoughts of hate.
Up to this day I suggested several times to add a rule for excessive stacking. However, changing something that works last 20 years and kept this server alive is not a simple stack. For this situation, an objective rule is difficult to be applied and it would be more subjective. Something that potentially could cause more good than bad.
The idea about game not being able to start when 60-40 (or something similar) is poorly thought since it has many bad implications. For example, there are lobbies that 10 friends play and want to make the teams as they like. Especially in high psr games where psr means less than the actual skill of the player and pro players join with new account.
Feel free to suggest a well thought idea and till then you can leave the lobbies that you don't like, rather than stay and then complain.
