2. Player must not insult:

          - Excessive profanity may lead to a mute or a ban, especially in regard to family, religion and nationality. Definition of excessive: using it multiple times/constantly through the game, going on a tirade against a player, using particularly distasteful/sick wording and similar.
      Note: This also applies to insults via whisper in-game.
      Note: You are advised to use the !ignore command against flamer whenever possible.
      Note: Reporting flame that is not directed to Yourself is not allowed, only the person directly involved can request a Ban.

(sentinel team had a ward there.)
Skywrath mage, furion and legion commander were farming at jungle which is located left hand side of ancient protector level-2. they saw scourge team was coming. Furion and skywrath mage fall back. but legion commander stayed in front of the tower for farming. He died there on purpose. This was the first reason. Second reason is; This player picked legion commander and he didnt use his ulti even once in the game. (he used it on pudge in the last moment of the game.I dont count this.) Legion must win duels. this is the meaning of this hero but he didnt make items for him. he have to have dagger or lothar edge. I was curious and I check that players previous games. Did he made lothar or dagger ? the answer is  Yes he made it . it means that he didnt play in this game. This is refused to play.

(you may check the games he played legion commander. He made lothar or dagger.)

On the other hand This player had very low psr before reset.(he is 1300 psr) thats why we can forgive him too. I mean , if this player had 1600 and over psr before reset it must be ban %100. but now we may deny the request. because he is a noob.

I dont want to  report, its no use to report a guy who will decide if he's gonna be sanctioned or not and who's licking balls to other admins

But i want to point a finger to a guy @Kyoo , who's a manipulative ''staff'' who power abuses, mutes, stacks, ignors a violation and tolerates it when its not in his team altho we all from scrouge voted and told u to go !yes on game ruier and anti team player, u muted me.. After that u follow me and joined my game just to ban me and provoke me some more, like u did the last game and muted me so i cannot communicate with my team mates until the point the game was already decided.. and for flaming my dead and muted mom @TheJOkerBoy put only +1 warn and to flame a staff and telling him a true that hes a abuser and a retard who is destroying this server, thats a couple of days of ban

So i'm asking you once more, ban all my accounts, ip on perma because this server went bananas(and i cant tell u that because im on this server scince 2006) because of admins like u who use double standards, tolerate ruiners when they are against them just to take an ez win, abusing and acting like they are gods on the internet and this server because they are still virgins in real life at 35 yrs old like this @Kyoo
