U need to provide link of the game if you want him sanctioned for Loading Abuse.
`Rule is broken if player leaves at 0.. ,and the game results in draw due that.
If the players left during the countdown without affecting the game[that started],that is not bannable.

Everyone had the ability to vote, it was open for 10 days, it was made a Global Topic, and announced Twice Ingame so that people are aware ,and they were given enough time to do it.
Whoever didnt vote, in logic way , dont care about it.
And if you think you can logging here once a month, with the note that LA Should recruit more Mods, Shut down official voting, apply some political [80-90%] statistic required to make Pool valid , etc. Yeah, that wont do.
If you want, you can :
-Apply for a Staff position and improve the server
-Be active daily on Forum and Discord, participate in discussion actively
-Work on your Communication and develop the ability to express yourself so that you can be understood fully

Hello,
I would like to add more one request to the topic.
If possible please use IP lock and perma-ban for all my accounts.
I am playing this game for 14 years now and never saw so much imbeciles in one day as today.
Some of you know me and I had a nice time playing with you all.
I am sorry for Jovaloodipas who lost this game with me and i offer my apologize only to HIM, my true friend with whom I played this game for 10 years.
Jimmy, KSV or anyone else would do me a favor if my request is done, so my nerves are saved from the horde of morons.

It was a bad game, we all have that from time to time. Maybe its better to chill out for a day or two. I dont approve insulting the Family members of those players, whatever the game,whatever the situation, there are limits. Other than that , bad game , bad decisions.
