Technical support / getting disconnect 10-15sec,

I geting disconnect in 10-15 sec after loging in battlenet.

this problem i got in mu laptop. wifi its stabile, i have 1.26.0.6401 patch.

i do not know how to tell mu problem if watch video will see mu problem

    I got autoban.
3: Why did you got banned?
    My game simple was shutdown like Alt+F4.
4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
    Never happen before.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation!
    I am playinig evri day pls unban. The game was almost over! You can see my time is 55:54 living(game shutdown) and trone was lower then 75% on 53:53. an we have mega creeps before i got shutdown.
