Technical support / Lag problem on LA bot

Hi guys I have this problem for long time.Every attempt i did failed to solve this.In game sometimes i have like 50-60 ms but screen freezing every 2 sec.I even tried network monitoring but everything that can cause that is off even wi-fi is off.I have to have like 30 ms for not to lag.Its only for LA bot i can play on ss bot just fine.A few more people were experienced this issue so I really hope u can help or something to try.Thank you anyway.

Hi , sometimes I get the 404 not found error.What could be the reason? older replays get removed? thanks.I mean the LA stats btw.
