Someone in 23:30 sold items from riki he has dagon etc unfortunetally i Needed one item to finish aghanim from him.we was4v5 and game could be more balanced with those items

Your team sold it ofc... They did not agree to share leaver's items.

  b) Selling (hero-sell instead of team-sell) or taking leaver's items for yourself is only allowed if the majority of the team agrees to (or doesn't object against) it.


And please next time be more careful about using votekick command !
