Thanks mate, yes i totally understand what you mean, but i had some limits considering the contents of the videos because this is also my school project, but as soon as I finish with it in school, I will upload some a bit more interesting tutorials

Use VirtualDub or Adobe Media Encoder or any other encoder. And compress the video, you can compress it to xvid, just download the xvid codec, the quality will stay the same don't worry. If you wonder why do you need to do this, it is because your computer would have lag while recording if fraps had to compress it.

Also don't compress the videos before edit because you will have to compress the final video which means double compress and lower quality.
