Hello dear users,
We are hiring for BAN & UNBAN MODERATOR position.
Duties of B&U Moderator:
- Being online everyday for most of the week
- Spending at least 20mins solving requests for most of the week daily
- Solving about 50 requests per month
What we offer:

- Tools necessary to do B&U duty proper:
- Option to unban, ban or warn players
- Access to ban and unban logs
- Resources of potential multi accounters
- Bigger influence on LagAbuse.com community by being part of the staff
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills
- Well mannered and polite
- Availability to deal with requests
- Fair DotA knowledge
- Knowing and understanding of the rules
Things can make you get closer to get hired:
- Clear accounts - forum and server
- Activity on forums and in DotA game
- Experience with B&U requests (creating it in the past)
Things that disqualify you right on the spot:
- Excessive ban list and warn list
- Lying about other accounts (be aware, we scan for other accounts every, promising applicant)

- Provide: Name, age, country, occupation.
- Ingame accounts (all you've played with at LA.com / PD.eu)
- How long do you play DotA?
- Why do you want to become moderator?
- Do you have any experience with moderation/administration, or have you ever supervise people?
- How much time you are able to spend daily solving requests?
- Anything else you would like to mention?
Recrutation will end with date:
After recrutation we're gonna pick several candidates.
Before we promote potential candidates into Trial B&U Moderators, we would like to do short interview with them via Skype (instant messaging program) - optional.
