What's the player status since corona striked throughout Europe and many people are forced to stay at homes?
Did you get any new players, are there more games etc?

Yeah this makes him pathetic and we already realized this in some other topic, He should get banned for spamming especially since its in purpose of "deceiving". But as a host he is allowed to do any lockings, and players are free to leave the game if they don't like it.
We all know that currently the host can lock and do as you want. For this reason I suggested to change the rules so that excessive stacking wouldnt be allowed.
Things and circumstances change. In the past you could leave the lobby and join an other lobby or host your own game. Now, especially during after 2 server time this is not possible due to lack of players. You either stay and tolerate this pathetic lobby or leave and waitr 30-60min for the next game or go to sleep. The stacking hosts know that and abuse it!
Seeveral times I told to some host politely please dont stack and the response was to kick me and laugh with the fact that now I had to go offline since there was no other game to join and hosting pointless since already the 30 online players are ingame.
Do you have any more examples of people doing this, or is it just this guy a 'problematic one' (stacking low stats bottom, random good stats top). Because if its just one guy doing this, it can easily be solved without need to do any major changes.

Guys you are overcomplicating things, while its as simple as: Host your own game and play the way you like.
If you don't like playing with stack or against stack - don't play such game.
About these people you described who stack with "randoms" just to win and get psr, I sincerely pity them, but I don't find a valid reason for "enforcing them" not to play in such way.

Admins or anyone else can't kick you from the game once the game is started. Even warden locking someone on any or all triggers while he is in game wouldn't kick him from a game, he would be disconnected from server afterwards but you would be able to complete a game.
The only possible way to get "kicked" like this from a game legally, would be activating some hack tool which is recognized by warden so your connection is instantly killed. And since you were posting in the same second the kick happened I highly doubt this was what happened.
Ah I just examined situation more closely and you dropped while another guy was lagging. I've seen such cases happen before, and its not really uncommon. Its some kind of desync and its a bug. Also I have no idea how it can be fixed or if it can be fixed at all. I'd suggest you provide your gproxy log to mr.cen, next time this happens (but it can be a while) and also I am sure admins can restore your PSR if you care about it, since this is obviously not your fault.
I can probably find some examples of similar games where people dropped (even I dropped once like this and I was the admin at the time) but I don't want to bother about it.

I'm a no for this.
Balance is based on PSR, and PSR in many ways isn't a good decider about a quality of a player, but since its best we can get we rely on it.
If you enforce it it would probably mean, some good players entering smurf accounts just to play with their friends and this would make even more imbalanced games.
Also people tend to make friends they want to play with, 99% of my last games I played with mr. agent, mr. deer, mr. salih and rest of deer squad, I actually can't remember last time I played a game without any of above-mentioned in my team.
Sometimes we even had a full stack and we played for fun. Now tell me how much time would we spend if we tried to host a game with 5 stack (without locking) with full balance?
How many people would actually play against a full stack? Even though we are not playing seriously and we deer around, people have tendency not to want to play against a stack, so having a team of friends locked would mean they either wait hour to start a game or not start it at all. (There are also LAN people who simply need to play together for obvious reasons and imagine they make a team, I guess some MK-s are doing it still.)

I have to disagree on this one.
While ap mode can be considered "easiest" in terms that you can pick whatever hero, many sd or even rd mods can be imbalanced just in "picking phase", just as some heroes are imbalanced if not properly countered, and in sd you don't have the "privelege" of countering them so easily.
At least in public games, where you tend to get random pubbers in team.
I do approve however usage of different mods, and I would love to see them, we had a deer idea about some of "unofficial modes" like -dm but that's not the topic so I wouldn't go offtopic much with explanations.

What the actual fuck, why are random people posting in an official complaint. Whether its good or wrong its still official, and its still complaint. I demand infraction points for this clown officially and his status watched just like mine. Not to mention he is trying some bad trolling from his "turks" account which is just deliberately stupid.
Ksv dude I agree with you on 95% of your decision, and this is not personal. I just don't understand why you DIDN'T WARN wendigo for leaving, while obviously you should request further sanctions if they are necessary after you decide on that. You warned the other guy for same fucking thing which is "leaving" so basically you "warned" one guy and you "let go" the other guy at basic level. (which would be simple bot ban/warn)
Its the same as if you ban/warn some guy for flaming and you don't ban/warn another one for flaming him back, and this is what I am complaining about although the reason is different in this case.
Basic bot bans should be applied immediately and further sanctions should be applied (in case they are needed) afterwards.
(and I find these "leaving" warns dumb since they are already autobanned, but that's just my opinion hey)

He definitely should be checked so further actions can be applied if necessary, thats understandable and agreeable, and I do not argue about this.
My question is why he isn't warned for leaving just like the other guy already, so if you decide he isn't worth locking for a while - he at least gets same amount of punishment as the other guy? After all they at minimum did the same thing in this game. You don't need any checkings to give him same punishment already, that one is clear as clear can be.

What about adding some join-limitation based on host's PSR ?
Let;s say host is 1500 .. let only 1400-1600 players join.
Also maybe when factoring someone's skill include aside the PSR somehow also the winrate and number of games this season.
good luck hosting game at 2AM with such system.

I've come to realize that this forum has become a bit boring duo to lack of trolls. Forum moderators will soon become jobless duo to the fact that there's no trouble on la.com forum nowadays and we don't want that. Having a forum full of cool guys is no fun, be honest to me now, would you watch a movie if everyone was a good guy?
In the past several years I've had some decent spamming partners here and there who did quite a good job deep trolling (deep trolling = when one troll tells some bullshit and the other partner troll approves that bullshit by pushing the bullshit even deeper which eventually feeds the trolls).
Answer the following questions if you would like to apply for the spam partner position (we will share nudes also wow):
- What do you think about feminism?
- Do you think women should be allowed to drive?
- Why do you want to become a spamming partner?
- Do you have any experience with trolling?
- How much time you are able to spend daily shit-posting on la.com?
- Do you know how to get out of situation when you are an obvious troll?
- What would you do if you receive a warning?
a) open new "omg stupid mod" thread
b) PM the mod and flame him
c) send dick pics to jeandarc
