i was on bathroom then afk in start

As you see i was afk only 3 minutes since start i was back when they were 2 or 3 level
after that we started to loose cuz crixx left, i didnt feed, i did deff, and when we had broken 2 lanes pit lord started to say i was game ruining cuz i wasnt going tu suicide vs them when they were high level
so i deff from mega creeps, i dont refuse to play, that is a lye, I didnt game ruining we just loose, look the rep, and i wasnt afk 5 minutes as he say in the ban request... if i'd be 5 minutes he could kick me using -kickafk
 i got afk 3 minutes, but i think its a lot of ban
Or should i report him by game ruining too? He feeded more than me, can i report?
cuz i think its unfair one week ban cuz be afk 3 minutes since start

votekick abuse

they kicked me cuz we were 5v4 and they wanted to play 4v4 and excuse was i take last hit one kill, which i consider is not reason for kick of game
rules say:
8. Player must not abuse bot commands:
      a: Any player can use !votekick command against other player, only if he breaks at least one of the rules above.
• starting a !votekick and vote !yes against player who didn't break any of these rules, is not allowed.
• !votekick against self is allowed.
      Note: Sanctions apply ONLY when innocent player was !votekicked.

38:09 he leaved cuz i was owning them, he leaved and he didnt get ban only cuz was owner
So it was lagg but he didnt sync and he did mute all to dont listen us

Sorry here was an emergency in my house, my dog ate something and i had to help him i late some minutes only and i was getting teh best but when i came back was kicked

In the start i tp with furion to trees, i have done that before, there is no way he see me, and he stunned in the correct place and killed me
If arent enought after some minutes start he killed the Courier, he id know where it was and where gonna run (Y)

Is just really improbable he stunned in right place without vision
