I never played this game without audio, and it's important for me so I left because it was impossible to play in that way for me.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Explained top, I asked remake but they didn't want for this thing that was serious enough. I asked fast remake after my kick because I needed only restart game, but they didn't care and they wasted time.
