Refuse to play/def/cooperate with team multiple times.
AFK multiple times.
4: When was the Rule Broken?
Min: 17 game time/ min 20 replay time. Leoric stays afk at fountain.
Min: 24 game time/min 26 replay time. Second time he stays afk at fountain.
Min 25 game time/ min 27 replay time. He runs to the trees to hide, instead to help defend. we lost bottom rax because of him not helping.
Min 32 game time/ 35 replay time. He farm bottom lane, refuses to help defend top rax. After this he tp home and afk until end.
5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
I didn't ask for a ban for years, but when I see players who intentionally want their team loose, i loose my mind also. He should have played till the end, because the whole team was struggling beside him.
