Im dissapointed of this server and this games i hate it here i dont give any shit also im not important just want to let u know, balance system about psr not about k d a , tinkers with arcane bots in 30min make u lose thats better players than me???when im worst???, blamed by bastards for nothing , this game is worser i feel like in jail , . Maybe try to format your text/formulate your ideas better.
Read it 2 times, understood only half of it.
Balance system it's ok(ish) .. but you need to add another layer on top of it.
Layer 1: I see a lot of ppl making free-games, where they let 1700+ psr play with 1400 PSR. That's non-balanced from start.
Try to play at least min 1600, or max 1600 (depending on the case) and balance will have more effect.
Layer 2: SD/AR modes are also harder to balance, since most of players are not comfortable with playing heroes outside their hero-pool.
Layer 3: Stackers. Any game with more than 3 players stacking will get fucked. Ez as that.
Layer 4: Roles. Too many 5-man-carry games lately..
TL;DR If you play min/max PSR adjusted games , without stackers and mode AP, you get best chances for balanced games.

Agree about issues but dont see what can be done to fix them.
Prevent stackers not good because many want to play together as friends
Setting minimum is done by host, many dont even know about this command and doing it forcefully probably not good.
Many people play curry because of KD, maybe makes sense to remove KDA at all, so people try to win not farm stats. Was alredy proposed, idk why they didnt make it.

I agree with this part. The moment you are flagged by the community as GOOD PLAYER / BAD PLAYER. Good players will be focused, bad players will be flamed. It's hard to get rid of the stigma.
Only playing undercover or being an average-joe and fly under the community-radar , can fix your game-experience. RGC hasn't got this issue because of the huge player base, so it takes a lot more time for you to make name (either good/bad) there. But once that happens, same story as here.

As main support player i cant disagree but want to add that even if you win they still blame you because good support is usually like 2/10 at end of game and you get punished in future games because all see bad stats and think you are feeder

As everyone knows, I am Turkish. Why is there always a bad perception towards Turkish people? I try as much as I can to end this perception. Have I ever said a bad word to any of you? I am one of most hated players around here, look my karma it's a good example, and I don't give a fk about flames etc.
The only thing that bothers me is stat players, and their constant ksing, and greed, which stops the team mates from growing in the game.
Displaying only (kills + assists) / deaths score would help with that😁

Just dont bother... So many people already posted on this server forums about all faults but no one cares... Most of those posts are deleted.
All players left cause of admins protecting each other, refusing to teach their friends some manners to stop provoking every game, they can flame and provoke you, if you say something back, they'll just tell admin and you're banned but until then, they will constantly spam you in chat and whisper if you !ignore them.
Game fixers all around, it's like they will win 10000000000USD if they have highest PSR, it's pretty sad to see people on server with max 50 people daily to see them premading 5 vs 5 random pubs, fixing match by switching players in last second and force starting until someone doesnt notice just to get 1-2 PSR per game, making you wait for another game or go in game and lost in 20 min stomp.
Some of them abuse their admin powers, and if you speak anything, you'll be linched and probably get ban. So on this server just be quiet and play or leave completely like 90% of server did... It's how it works around here. As u can see, you see same people everyday, no one new ever comes and old ones just leave, if you find dota 1 players anywhere, ask them about this server and you'll see what they have to say about it.
It shame what this became, they'll tell you it's cause of dota 1 is dead, which is not true, and like i said earlier, dont even bother trying to prove them wrong.
It's THEIR server, have fun!

Numerous times people suggested things to make better on this server, you did nothing, you threat them, you dismiss them, then you act just like now, upset and mad at us.
Not to mention your bad bans choice on someone who you dont like.
I wish i could say i'm dissapointed but almost all admins here are like that. Just see KSV, his bans are hilarious, if he gets mad at you, you are banned, he will use any little thing from a game. He even bans when none ban requests are made :D

Explain this 1 warn and 1 day worth of ban for 2 SENTENCES in game, while guy that reported FLAMED FROM START and didnt get ANYTHING?

Its because you use family flame where they can ban for 1 word. And he used regular flame/provoke which is banable depending on situation
