There are 2 ways to do that:
1. upload it on youtube
2. upload it on dailymotion
3. there are also other like vimeo and similar...
About uploading videos here on forum, that is not possible because short video will take a lot of memory, imagine how much will take long video. Also most probably forum is not designed for that.
that's it cuz i dont want to put it on yt its private video and i was trying to share here

As far as I know, you can change the settings of your video on youtube, to be private and to be only visible for those who click on your link.
Edit: I remembered well.

As you can see here, the menu which is opened, has 3 options:public, non-listed, private. (It's in hungarian, but that 3 options mean that )
