Hello,
Players are obligated to vote !yes when someone is ruining the game on purpose. If they dont types !yes, you can report them and they will be banned.
that doesnt change the fact that u are wasting your time in crappy game and then posting request. Personally I would rather just kick him and dont bother about any req,,.

Its just "new" animation if hero has "special effect" - spec on daggers path, batrider during firefly etc....
that sleep lasts same amount of time af cyclone, afaik its coz of bugs which occured in past.
