3: What rule did he/they break? i bought a tome at minute 10, BiliPiton took it - he stole my tome. It was in the circle because my courier was out. BiliPiton simply took it without my consent.
i took my time to download and watch the reply and it was him. minute 10:36

4: When was the Rule (Time of The Game) Broken? minute 10:36

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation. I believe that if a player simply takes someone else's tome without asking is a valid ban.

I actually watched the replay and it was BiliPiton (bara) min. 10:36.
That disserves ban (my opinion)

@TheJOkerBoy BiliPiton stole my tome from the circle and used it without my consent.
I bought it, my chicken was not there so the book is in the circle, he saw it there and consumed it without my consent.

Barathrum grabbed it from the circle of clockwork goblin and  consumed the tome of knowledge which belongs to clockwork goblin.

it is just an 150 gold item and it is a shareable item.But he took it without permission.
