4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?
The guy was AFK multiple times, and fed the enemy. (standing near neutral, and getting killed while afk). He missed teamfights multiple times. He had a warning that game already, to stop being afk and join the teamfights, but he went on afk again and again. SO the votekick was justified.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
Told you at point 4. The guy was shitting on the team, and went afk multiple times.
Can an admin ACTUALLY WATCH THE REPLAY?, not just banning 7 players for an afk-ing player?
