Seriously? I could play with VR mode in a custom game hosted by the bot. I was hoping that the admins Myubernick or Angel(or something) could add vr to the ladder.

Last time I checked, vr doesn't affect gameplay, so it should count into ladder.
Here's a quote from a very old topic:

I remember I tried to host game with -cp (capture points), ofc I had to host custom non ladder game but ppl didn't join, no1 wants to play non ladder dota game here...

tried to find official anouncement bout the modes but i couldnt, even though i saw it somewhere. mybe here http://176.9.26.177/forum/index.php/topic,55397.msg172978.html#msg172978 but i get the 404

I used to abuse with CP mode xd None knew about those power circles , so we collected all and it was gg , because of imba buffs . ;D ;D

Adding -vr to allowed modes shouldn't be problem at all (other than convincing MUN to do it), but honestly I don't see reson to do so - since pretty much no one plays it. During last 3 years I only managed to play -vr like... twice?
I'd rather see -rv (reverse pick) allowed for hilarity instead (although no one would play it either). And -em removed completely. It's a cancer of DotA.

Not that I was against -cm or -cd, but...
This is why they actually shouldn't play -cm. They either have idea of what's going on and competent captains (which means they are at least fine already), or it's just equivalent of -arem proz, except for the frustration since heroes they (most probably) don't like and can't play are not randomed, so there's someone to blame.
You can train a noob, but it will still be just a trained noob. I'm a good example of this.
But we're getting a bit off topic I suppose.

if u will have to play hero that u suck alot with constantly eventualy u will get better with it ? so one way or another this couldn't be any worse (except those 5 mins wasted on picks :D)

Three random matchups will be chosen, and each player gets to cast a vote on which of the three matchups they want, using -option 1/2/3. Needs an even amount of players on each team to be activated.

But it's not for everyone. Guess how many of them is "good" to be support's, and how many of them will play support heroes? It would be better, more teams, more clans, more clan VS clan games, and good games :) But, maybe in 2020.

i tried hosting 1750+ cm pub several times, nobody joins
