He said it only 1 time but it seems to be unprovoked and he was warned for flames not that long ago already.
About not defending: there was nothing to be done

Doubt that he feeded on purpose, probably just failed. He farmed in forest because he had no items, as far as i watched he didn't seem to evade fights. But at min 35 he was afk while enemies were taking your mid barracks (~2 min).

He ignored your attempt to take barracks on mid and also didn't try to defend your own mid. He was farming way too much in forest, missed many fights and lost time.

Axe destroyed rhasta's arcane boots then continued to play more or less normally. Rhasta was at first afk in base, then bought 12 sentries, placed most of them on mid and ultimately started refusing by farming in forest, not coming to fights, placing ultimate on normal creepwaves etc.

Sorry but gproxy log can't be used as a proof. The prtsc/printscreen button should work in most cases, i suggest you to try it out in a random game first to see if there are problems with it. Once you take a screenshot it should appear in "Warcraft III\screenshots" directory
