Welcome to Photoshop Challenge #121!

This time, we will use the following picture to edit:

And the challenge is simple, make this image interesting using Blurs, Color Adjustments, Lights, Gradient Maps!


- No brushes
- No pen tools
- No renders
- No resizing original picture

Agent? He didnt. He just played with colors and clarity. About rain/snow effect: this was always allowed. I think you used it as well.
