3: What rule did he/they break?
alien1 was playing legion and he refused to play with team. He also fed other spectre so many times that it is probably the reason why we lost. Then, ibraa10 as barathrum refused to play due to legion feeding. He did not charge with bara when team fights happened.

4: When was the Rule Broken?
Well, the rule was broken after 20 mins throughout end of the game. These type of players ruin the fun of the game.

i was playing as troll to carry so i was farming my core items and my team were ahead. We lost one fight and pho started to say like he is gonna farm and wont come to fights. As a result, we kept losing just because i farmed to get my core items.

4: When was the Rule Broken?
its like after 20 mins of the game.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
I cant understand why people blame on carry heroes due to farming. Phoenix simply costed us the game.

i was playing the game and it was all good. Then, i suddenly dropped from the game and my internet was not even gone.

i couldnt understand why i dropped in just one second.

refusing to play with team, constantly playing solo and making our team lose the game

it is clear to see what he does after 25-30 mins

I was playing legion and i couldnt heal him once because of range. After that he started to completely refuse to communicate with team.

I was playing the game and suddenly got disconnected.

It really happened first time, i found myself dropped in few seconds.
