I'm Ukrainian and currently my country is in war with terrorist state of russia. Each time I enter a lobby with that "player" I see very serious insulting to my, my family and my country. That is why I demand a permaban for RunWhenYouSee, if it's possible.

Long storry short: he lost a few games to me and started insulting each time he sees me.
