You were refusing for at least 6 minutes while all barracks were still standing, and this is bannable.
Jimmy isn't an admin, he is a moderator who is bound by the rules, by which you had to be banned permanently.
However, rules can't cover every single situation and in your case a permaban is excessive, since your prior rule breakings were partially minor and over a long period of time.
Therefore, your ban is now changed to be 6 days only, hopefully you will keep in mind that with every rule breaking your ban's duration will increase.

Played 13 Games while banned [ Until i permabanned him today for Avoiding ban].
During this time he Publicly Insulted Staff Member on Lagabuse Channel , along with Family flame via Wispers. [ His accounts WhiteSword and SunSoul are banned on channel for that ].

As I told you in server, flaming moderator is never a good idea. Next time send a message to head moderator and he will check what happened.
