1vs1 Tour Plan
1. Map & Modes
Map : v6.83c
Mode : 1on1 - "-apshomnp -noneutrals" with specific hero => modus bo1 (maybe bo3 depends on tour mods decision)
2. Items restriction 1on1:
- Tranquill Boot is forbidden - chicken/crow - bottle.
You are only allowed to use chicken/crow or bottle. If you buy chicken/crow, you're not allowed to buy bottle. So, if you buy bottle, you're not allowed to buy/use chick/crow anymore.
3. Remaking game If any player gets dropped before 5th minute (and First Blood didn't happen/no tower were destroyed/no Roshan has been killed) the game must be remade. In other cases rmking game depends of arrangement of both teams.
4. Other rules - Each team has got right to do 2 pauses - 3 minutes each. - Backdooring is allowed. - Blocking creeps is not allowed with spells like Fissure or Sprout when there isn't any enemy hero nearby.
Important Note: All players must have Gproxy on during the tour
Important rule: We added few new rules for these kind of tours. The games end when: -the one player gets first 2kills( e.g. simple 2:0 or 1:1 and then some gets 2nd kill; 2:1=win!) -or when 1 tower is destroyed on one side.

- For how long are you playing DotA? More then 7 years on different platforms.
- Why do you want to become moderator? Its not rly about beeing moderator and just get the extra privileges. Its about to do something usefull when im already online for the most of my time. I cant just play and play and play. I feel i need to do something for this community.
- Do you have any experience with moderation/administration, or have you ever supervised people? More then 14 years of moderating and administrating larger but non-gaming communities. Forums, blogs, etc. - How much time can you spend daily solving reports? 2-3 hours daily for sure.
- What do you know about cheating in DotA and cheating/hacking programs? Not much. Foq-clicking detectors are helpfull. But i think that watching the replay (and understanding the suspicios movements) is the best way to make the correct decision. Mby i am wrong, mby there are sophisticated programs.
- An example of one of your best MH Reports if you posted any. (report link) Im not fan of reporting ppl, except the worst cases. I havent reported anyone for mh yet.
- Anything else you would like to mention? I have the good manners and the teamworking spirit. Im not selfish, and i prefere to see the things from different points of view.

They were the creators of the game, and they were are all NEW accounts. I dodnt need to mention that have probably 50 accounts
They lock 2 of them (bara + naix.. seems they were trying the combo, but still noobing hard)
And they lock their friend in the scourge (storm) to do stuff like this: - follow me on the map, everywhere i go (dunno why, mby to distract me from the gameplay) - tell them where we are (probably via chat, or mby they just were siting next to eachother ) - and of coruse, feeding them hardly, so they can get stats or win. - He didnt farm, he didnt gank, he didnt do a shit.
AND they still lose the game. Pathetic ha?
My request is not rly just a ban.. U need to scan their multiple accounts, and remove them (with IP ban) from the server.
2: NickName of the player that you want to be banned? You will check and find the real one.
3: What rule did he/they break? Abused share command, droped item from my hero and destryed.
4: When rule(s) were broken? Reply time 30min and 10 sec: Droped BKB and destryed. 10 mins latter, droped sange & yasha, and destryed.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation. What can i explain... It was our game until SOME OF MY TEAMMATES abused share, and destryed my item on fountain, while im regenerating). Pretty BITCHY move to be honest.. Use the hero, drop and destroy, and ACT LIKE nothing happend. OK. I get over that, but same happend with my next item - S&Y. OFC, i COULDNT belive that someone from my team is doing that.. but after i took share, items were no more "disappiaring". I argued whole game.. and UNTIL I LOOK AT THE REPLAY, i rly tought is some BUG. But when i saw.... The only thing u need to do is to check with (f.clicker) who was controling my hero, and belive me.. it deserves a PERMA ban. Havent seen such a GAY way of abusing share and then acting like nothing happened, lying others, rly... THIS IS SOME NOLIFER with a chronical lying disease.
3: Why did you got banned? D/C from server, i lost int connection.
4: Reason that forced you to break the rule? I simply lost net. Actually, 2 of us lost connection and we are from the same city. So i guess it was a major net provider probem.
5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation! What can i say. I was playing Riki and 30 mins into the game i was Godlike. SO why would i leave? But shit happens.
6: Your experience in LagAbuse.com / PlayDotA.eu? I play 2-3 games daily.
3. Game ruin / Afk / Anti-idling just to avoid autoban.
4. Around 35-40 min (game time) he started to afking and moving just to avoid idle ban. I understand there can be a lots of emergency situation, but ofcourse if its that important - u wont stay on the game screen and moving your hero while watching others trying to def. Then suddenly, he just LEFT. He didnt say anything, except the "!FF" before leaving. So basicly, he was there all the time. It was rly good game but this idiot ruined all of that.
game ruining / afk / share abuse - controled my hero.
It is simple. He stayed afk (min 22 till the end). We would probably lose the game even if he played but when he took control of my hero and went into dead... that pissed me off. Rly.
I never want to report (even retards like thisone), but he deserve it.
4. Bad weather here in Balcans.... I lost power supply for more then 1 hour... cant belive that. It was a good game, and i never leave games. But, nothing i can do here. I have no warns, no bans before.. so please guys.. do smth.
