in min 19 I was going top invisibe and suddently when I was near him he used dust with no ward there because we had wards , and in min 23 woods again he used dust just before I used ulti on neutrals. please check it but I think he has mh. thank you

Phantom Assassin, third ability, It senses when danger(such enemy hero) is approaching near or close within the ability range. for e.x Phantom stays in half shadow till an enemy or danger is close.
