So basically i downloaded that 1.7 gb file and its a version switcher, i open in and get this message
Reading Config.ini...
Found The Frozen Throne in folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Warcraft III
ERROR: File not found, wvs\help.dat
ERROR: File not found, wvs\unzdll.dll
ERROR: File not found, wvs\zipdll.dll
This will cause the program to become very unstable and not function right.
Please read readme.txt to get help fixing theese problems.
When i try to select to which version to switch i have 0 version in the list where you select, any help ?

I got to the point in version switcher where i see the new version , and i double click on it as it says, then it asks me if i want to switch i press yes, an empty loading bar appears with text please wait and then just dissapears

Unzip and copy all thats filed in to your warcraft3 file, then inside those files there are another files to unzip, 1.27 and 1.28 unzip all of them in wc3 also then run the version switcher

-there is no other way to patch yur game, Blizzard dd not release standalone patch
it mean u will wait (if u solve problem) for a single game 2 hours

come on dude letbe honest. there is nothing to help with that link only u can dowloand instaler thats all but we don not need it for now. u said u solved problem can usend me 1,28 patch link via pm pls ?
finally; if u really solved (i want to bealive u really ) can u share us step by step what we should do . if u can with photo this will be much more helpfull

and xpam stop being a whiny little brat and try to configure it on your own, i got 5 steps ahead of by just trying and not whining, without any extra knowledge in this shit

if u want to solve this problem u just need 1,28,2 patch then u can use switcher

Maybe wc3 diretory is messed up, try to run 1.28 wc3 without gproxy just with its normal exe, so it can update some data and then run it with gproxy. Also reset wc3 path in gproxy window

I wasnt even launching wc3 from gproxy, the version switcher has that button launch wc3, and now i have tried through gproxy, nothing

aaaaaaaaand i completely fucked it all up, unistalled installed it again, now there is no 1.27 patch to download so i cant even begin with that to switch ti 1.28 , says failed network on http://warden.eurobattle.net/downloads/file/38

I had no problems so far but this morning the gproxy updated something and got lags in game very annoying.
Idk why need to ruin the server with this useless patch.
