Agree, we have a community here which means that friendly people are welcome even if they do mistakes. I think its much better to play with respectfully people who communicate even if they are bad at the game rather than with full team of ignorant "pros". Starting a drama may be good sometimes, it was very popular in past. But i think now people mostly want to relax after a hard but successful working day and not spend their time arguying in game with people they don't even know.
It is also good to see a professional exchange between moderator and user in which everyone could express their point of view on the situation and respectfully correct each others' mistakes and misunderstandings.

About system, ofc its strnage because some people break rules and then ask to remove warn and repeat 10 times. And then they are "clean" old players and dont get permabanned in same situation
