If players are going to be held responsible so should hosts.

Yes. PD logic allows this to happen np. "Game Owner gets to decide who plays or not." He can make pro game and put all noobs in scourge and get away with it. This is a form of stat abuse, but they can't see that.

Noobs shouldn't be moderators they are to incompetent to do anything dota related. They will always bring unneccessary drama into things and lack intelligence to do anything correctly and fairly.

Imba Disc Spikes ?? am I the only one who gets them? Ping is 40 have no lag, and only happens on this bot.
