Title: ban req for mecaz

1) Inpulsive
2) mecaz
3) intention feed, game ruining.
4,5) ignored everyone, and started to play single player going alone, after that he went alone and died, he knew hes gonna die, after that he went intention feed at opponents middle tower, that game was really close, we could have won that, but we did not because of this shit.

Later he tried to help the team, but you are right, he died 3-4 times on purpose and that deserves ban.
