AFK / Game Ruining

4: When was the Rule Broken?
Minute 46, we could get them and he went afk with auto attack and lost the game. Also massive noob player, please ban him he deserves.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.
One of the worst player I've ever seen, 40 minutes no boots of speed and only linken's sphere, in addiction he goes afk and lost the game.
