Y when i launch my 1.28 it says launching and it never acctualy shows up

Just exit and check if w3 is running in task manager. If it is running, stop it and start 1.28 again.
That works for me.

Its not running in task manager

its ok i just solved it i deleted all msvcp files and ran w3l

Y when i launch my 1.28 it says launching and it never acctualy shows up and when i go in the folder which it is installed in i click the w3l it says coud not find patch location

Literally 0 people wispered me or aquired about the Tournament.
Not counting Us, Forum crawlers [staff/ex staff].

I guess pointless to attempt Tournaments until we repopulate the Server.
