Answer #1: Tuskar was on 830HP AFTER my Meat Hook dealt damage to him, check the screenshot "2 MORE HITDD AN HE WAS DED" for confirmation.
He also had 8 + 5.6 Armor, while you had 93 - 99 + 100 Damage ( check screenshot "2 more hits indeed, liar" for more info). So unless Frost Breath can magically deal 600 DPS through Tuskar's 25% base resistance, you could NOT kill him with 2 hits.
Question / Statement #2:

Answer #2: As I told you several times, I hooked Tuskar in order for YOU to avoid fighting and potentially dying near their T2 tower. Please check "This is why I hooked him, you blind tard" screenshot for more info.
