sabotage , afk, game ruin, not defending, roaming at fountain, sabotage

4: When was the Rule Broken?

Minute 27:50 im 1 hit from killing tini and im low hp 1 on 1 he jumps ulties for a ks
and runs and ofc i die fron bs,

Then min 32 afk roaming at fountain still 2 sides up,

Minute 33 he destroys an unused ward next to the fountain,

Minute 34 roaming at fountain not defending

Minute 35 uses ulty on fountain on my respavn,

after that continue to roam around fountain.
