Technical support / help!

can someone help me to install war3, patch and everything im trying 3 hours and always something is missing, (sometimes patch, or dll or unable to initialize or warcraft 3 1.28.5 stop downloading) i lost my patience..
i have teamviewer if someone could be so kind to help me..

he wanted mid, i gave him because i dont want 2 mid, he farm with lion all game, then he went base sold all items, bought 6 tps and 12 claritys and destroyed them, then he moved in base a little, after he bought boots and go feed more..

it seems kyoo is incapable to solve this request, he didnt say anything about those 2 who refuse to kick, so this grpol get banned in another game, so he will get unpunished this game? so you wont expand his ban, because he is already banned, maybe kyoo is right but i want to see comment of other b&u moderators who is right at end..

i wasnt afk on purpose, i had to do something, wife from my brother called me i had to go, anyway game was over, they didnt want to come with me before i said that i need to go in 10 min because i was expecting her call they didnt come with me and after that i went afk,it wasnt afk in crucial moments...
I signal everytime to push they avoided me and tide was always late with his ulty , anyway he cant ban me without ban request, he isnt V.I.P. or supporter so i think he didnt post that request in vip section , i know he is b&u moderator but he ban me for no reason..
and if i get warns i want to be removed..
