He had divine he told, I doubt this user was hacking but he was using some bugs, that is still bannable of course compare to hacks still ruins game. First rule that in this server they learn to you: "Cheating in any way in not allowed on our server. Doing so will lead to a ban." This is the first rule, and he broke it.

5: Specify at least 1 exact situation where you believe that player used maphack.
After minute 25 unitill end, but you can see minute 39 you can see it clean he had +600 damage without items.

He flamed families to get corona and die, he spammed votekick several times, we also told to him to stop to do that, and he continued. He also refused play with team, he went totally alone in lanes farming with full items, classic example last fight at end of game, 4 vs 5 without this bristleback.

Audio problems

I never played this game without audio, and it's important for me so I left because it was impossible to play in that way for me.

Explained top, I asked remake but they didn't want for this thing that was serious enough. I asked fast remake after my kick because I needed only restart game, but they didn't care and they wasted time.

From start to minute 50 check replay he farmed much and around min 58 if i remember fine he was farming AFK insted def with team, he didn't care and went into 4 diying intentional laughing for himself about his stupidity (check replay chat it's funny moment). From start other episodies of afk and feed, for this check replay.

Lina was cryer in my opinion, it's only a way of frustration this vote kick but still he spammed much votekick abusing about it, and for this CiCiMiCi (Trax) he told me "Noob" [not bannable common insults I know] and later forcing players to kick me after that Lina did votekick abuse. Here some examples:
