stategy : always stay b in team battles and just come for last hit, flame feeders then ignore them before they try to say something  this way u can even get stats in retarded teams who loses anyway. u will most of the time be called a pussy, but still, if you're teammates have scores like 1/6, 2/5, 0/7, 3/6 u have no choise but to stay b from feeded opponents when i have team maybe the opposite but still i ignore like 2-3 ppl per game, too many retarded flamers who blame you for their feeding cause u didn't join their 3v1 rambo rage i think i should join non noobs game more cause i most of the time end up in case 1 above  )

most of us have main acc. some ppl play dota for years and they care rly for their main. After some time they can pm admin asking for unban , promising not to use any kind of hax. I dont think such player will continue to use it.
makes sence in my opinion there solution for what u say ..
to make atleast 1 (not 2) situation but it must be very strong situation (so u dont waste much time as u said)
ok lets assume that 1 mher got banned ... and then he made new account .. what u suspect? yep exactly 1500 psr no games and no way To join pro games even in the noob games (he has like 10%)for some host to not kick him and believe that he isnt leaver or mher etc ...
also i want to add about that .. banning mhers with low stats is rly not needed (they r nabs anyway..) but reporting ppl with high psr and stats and games is the one who i usually report for mh
last thing i want to add is .. u dont have to spend half hour like u say .. u can simply use parser (which can waste 5 minutes if he was rly mher) or u remember (in the game)when did mirana used arrow or pudge used hook (some examples) so u dont have even to watch replay and say the 2 situations from what u remember.. sometimes 1 strong situation is totally enough (like hooking bone with invis) cheers ..
k ill stick with reporting good stats players with reatively many games.

I was just wondering today how many ppl are there with mh, both pro and noobs. And some are hard to tell. I sometimes watch replays and some are clever enough not to ping/do spell in fog or obvious things like that, but still.
The problem is, ok, what's the use of spending 20 to 50 min of your time watching the replay and finding the replay time(s) where its clear he uses mh? When he can make another account in 1 min ? And continue using mh.
To me it seems waste of time. What do you think ? Do u feel like spending half an hour inspecting replay so he can make another account in a fraction of that time ? Why can't we just post replay link if we're 100% sure and not waist that much time for reporting hackers...and if we arew wrong and we waisted mods time we should get a punishment ...yeah i know rules are rules ,must specify at least x times blah blah...

also typing !ignore command will just make him more mad so i dont suggest it most of the times
ok you ignore him cause he doesn't stop flaming, what else can he do ? maybe steal your items but vesides that i don't see what else can he do more if he goes so mad u ignored him.

I observed some way of stacking teams with the illusion of balance to some unexperienced players. They gather all high sd in sentinel team (and i'm not talking only about host's friends) and kick high sd players in scourge team.
They do this untill prs system shows balance. This way they couldn't say game was balanced, but as u know, as the game starts score starts to be like 12-2 for sentinel (of course there are some exceptions to this too).
Now I know there is no rule for stacking team or playing with your friends against pubbers, but is there a way to see how many players are locked in sentinel ? Is it a command for this ?
Ussualy I look at all sentinels team and remember each players position, and when the hosts types !balance if at least 3 players from sentinel remained on their position, I quit game before countdown reaches 0. But sometimes wither i'm not paying attention, either I don't remember all to see how many are locked.
So is there any way/command to see how many players are locked ?

What about leaving at 3v5 in non -so games? When 2 of your teammates feed then leave, game becomes 3v5, still u get ban if u leave.
Not to mention it's not your fault for losing that game (and psr) if u are in leavers team. It's just not fair to end up in a situation like that.

U see, there are people (and even a lots of them that u dont know) that dont have a social life, hell, they dont have friends, gf, jobs, well, u imagine the situation. their only comfort is the computer, online games included. I'm not saying specifically about him, maybe he just likes playing dota alot AND still have social life.
i used to be one of those person and i admit it whitout shame. I was at some time dependent of battlenet.

Hehe I don care about K/D ratio , but I try to mentain it at least decent not to be kicked out of progames. As for leaving game, y , I know the other players would still use my char.

Ok i played today a game where players left 1 by 1. It ended up to a 4v3 situation. I was in the 3 players team. The other 4 player team was dominating like hell. Game was getting very umballanced.
I knew rule that at 5v3 or 4v3 you can leave without ban. IS IT TRUE ? Cause I used that rule before and it was true. Did the rule changed recently ?
