5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
That player deserves to be perma banned,he does not want to play team,just to play for himself.
this game was tough and our player left and instead to split his items (we needed his items to win)
sniper took all and sell for himself and make a joke of it,and fast after that we lost the game...

Looks like he took leaver's items despite of 1) having 1 lothar already, 2) 3 others needing them too

"go mock your mom" isn't enough to ban him for flaming

However,  6.b: Selling leaver's items for own profit (hero-sell instead team-sell) is not allowed
