5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation. We were winning and about to finish, just needed 1 more push, but then Doom stopped playing, just because someone accidentally stole 1 of his kills (he already had like 17). He was farming, pretending to push (he was staying back saying that he's waiting for a hero with 50 hp to last hit) etc. We won anyway, but he wasted like 25 minutes of our time.

Nothing banable, maybe for a little he farm but is not against rules. After he push with all of you and was in team fight and after all you win.
