There was a guy dropped for lag, at minute 4 generally when someone leaves autoban turns into OFF, and I just saw when left game it was ON and left for mistake...

game ruining / intentional SOLO play // refusing play with team

4: When was the Rule Broken?
We start with minute 2 he lets die Nortrom, then minute 15 he starts play solo, all fighted mid and he didn't even bother to come help. Minute 16 around he walks around into trees and he didn't went to help team, he did later when everyone team died. Minute 22 he waited in the river and then came fight always late and of course minute 22:40 he goes b in neutral creeps for farm his heart of tarrasque for late game. Minute 33:30 again solo in down lane farming, minute 34 he didn't come, still same result wasting time in down lane without results. Minute 39:30 again solo in top lane and around minute 40:10 walking in the map insteads trying get rax with team.

I'll link time of minute he missed and didn't help team. So you'll see what he did.

4: When was the Rule Broken?
From minute 14-15 he starts to go woods, and he keeps die in there always alone without carrying some teleports. Minute 24 he goes afk of course and he had to jump into them for feed... Minute 27-28 he walks whole lane without results while we all could push together, and minute 30 again woods when he had enough farm for defend. Again 31 he could try jump he went afk.
