Hello.
My mate, itsfake ( http://dota.eurobattle.net/la/forum/index.php?action=gameinfo;sa=player;sid=1;nick=itsfake )
is always 'offline' in friend list even when he is in game.
Sometimes i can see where is he by using /where command, but mainly it shows that he is offline.
This is a why he cant whisper anyone or get message. Same with channels - looks like he cant join any channel.
His gproxy is updated, last version.
Any suggestions, what is the reason? Thank you.

Is he using Topaz?
-
This is new for me. Better option is to open new topic on this forum http://eurobattle.net/forum.php - Technical Support
Thanks, posted there too:

No, only official eurobattle client. He is new at this server, i bet he didnt write any personal message yet ( i mean whispering).
-
The only idea i have... He is from Donetsk Republic (ukraine).
Doubt it, but... maybe it is something about restricted connection?
-
Its not that , cant affect it like that
Lets gather ingame , and see if its problem when someone else ( me ) add him
If i also cant see him online , then we can scrap that option off

Yeah, was on /dnd , had some stuff to take care off, im on now, will try it.

As far as I can tell he should not even be able to login with gproxy because he is partially banned. Care to elaborate?

What does 'partially banned' mean?
-
Means he did something really really bad.
If cen says something, obey.
-
Maybe he is banned to battle.net and can't send commands but he can whisper, which doesn't make sense. Probably a gProxy problem or a problem with his ISP.

Cen solved a problem already.
Thanks.
