-Leaving the game right after start while loading screen appears.
-insulting family members after rmk was hosted, in lobby.

-Right after start.
-At next lobby.

The guy mentioned we hosted old map, but didn't leave. I waited a few second, but since he didn't leave i started. He left while loading screen was visible.
Then he joined the rmk lobby and insulted us for no reason.

The game was ruined by techis and his friends. He mass feeded them, so we went afk. Joda kicked me for afk with command.

livingforwhat = game ruining by killing his friend (juhero) 20 times+
xs7^ = he is the 3rd member of the party, they are all friends, he refused kick

Please perma ban/IP ban those 3 for excessive game ruining. Juhero took techis and went mid perma feeding the opposite team (his friends)

Caneee banned me without a ban request. Probably his turkish friends asked him to do so. He wasn't even in the game and I can't find a ban request neihter.

3: Why did you get banned?
It says national intolerance, which is hardly true.
Religion intolerance, which is definitely a lie. I didn't insult anyone's religion in that game.

4: Reason that forced you to break the rule?

I was provoked all game by the opposite team (turk stacked team). If any admin (not Caneee) has the time to check the replay in full, you will see that they provoked me after every kill, SD me all game, and called me dog and other insults 1000 time.

5: Explain to us your general vision about the situation.

I was provoked and reacted to it, but not as harshly as the ban says.
They sending me ? mark on all chat, asking me whats going on, !sd me, typical provoking actions. Calling me dog on multiple occasions. If I insult back, I get baned, I don't see any ban on them though. Turkish double standard, with turk admin abuse.

So this was going on all game, mockin and insulting me, for which I responded with one insult and I get banned for it but they don't.
Sorry for the insult,I rarely insult generally a whole nation.
Please review your ban. I don't mind getting banned, if they also get ban for provoking.

Sejtura was also in the game, he can confirm.

Min 32 he ignores everyone and goes afk.
Min 34 silencer doesnt use ulti on purpose and avoid teamfight
Min 39 silencer dies solo
Min 44 silencer sold his items/ buys healing wards , then refuse to help in any form until the game is over.

He refused to help the team multiple times during the game, even though if he comes we can win easily. Lost the game due to his antigame.

Refuse to play/def/cooperate with team multiple times.
AFK multiple times.

Min: 17 game time/ min 20 replay time. Leoric  stays afk at fountain.
Min: 24 game time/min 26 replay time. Second time he stays afk at fountain.
Min 25 game time/ min 27 replay time. He runs to the trees to hide, instead to help  defend. we lost bottom rax because of him not helping.
Min 32 game time/ 35 replay time. He farm bottom lane, refuses to help defend top rax. After this he tp home and afk until end.

I didn't ask for a ban for years, but when I see players who intentionally want their team loose, i loose my mind also. He should have played till the end, because the whole team was struggling beside him.

Technical support / ap-ms-win-crt missing [solved]

Hi!

I just reinstalled my windows today. Win 8.1 PRO  x64.

I'm trying to install the installer, but it gives me an error "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-heal-1-1-0.dll is missing.

I understood that I need to dl and install the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 x86 or x64.

But when I try to install the Visual C++ at the end it gives me another error: 0x80240017 - Unspecified error.

Any ideas?

You have to provide:

1: Your ingame nickname?

2) Moderator's nickname (as in subject).

3) Why you are not happy with Moderator's decision / behavior.
Bad decision, abusing commands.

He insulted me by saying ''Moron'' to which I replied ''You mother is moron""
Later on he asked me for apology, and I apologized. For some reason he still banned me a few minutes later. Anyway, it wasn't meant seriously, but as an inst-reply, which is common in games.
At my unban request he said I didn't apologize, which I did, proof in the chat.

Since he muted me ingame, i asked him in whisp why the mute instead of simply ignoring, for which he insulted me on whisp again.

Im not sure if this is a proper admin behaviour, but alltogether he insulted multiple times.

Thirdly,why multi-ban me for past things which I did in 2016 (!) and 2018 (!)?
I was banned for those already, and it was 4 years ago.

Can any admin please unban me, and ask him to stop this childish behaviour?

This was the whole conversation, and as you can see, I did apologize.
But you wanted to ban me regardless, not becasouse insulting you or you family, but becaouse this is the person who you are. You were just looking for a reason to ban me, and here you found it. I've seen players asking for ban for more serious insults, and they were refused, this was nothing compared to other players insults.Plus you provoked me.

Please rethink you decision.

He insulted me first, for which i replied from reflex. Wasn't seriously meant, and later I apologized in game.

I don't like being insulted, and flamed by.I counter insulted him by reflex, for which he asked me to apologize. I did,but he still banned me.
He also muted me multiple times in game, which is considered admin abuse of power.

Again sorry for insulting you mother Jimmy, but if you insult somebody first, expect a counter insult. The thing that you still banned me for it, even after apology shows your character and the level of which this server reached.
Admins can freely insult others, abuse their position(Mute), asks for apology, and still giving ban for it.
