-Unlocked Monkey King for everyone
-Fixed Anti-backdoor zones being slightly incorrect: now Sentinel's T2 at the bottom line will be de-protected faster, as well as both Sentinel's and Scourge's bases are now faster become vulnerable when a creep comes in range
-Fixed bug allowing player to ban two heroes
-Animation of Scroll of Teleportation and Boots of Travel will no longer be visible to enemies if the unit isn't visible
-It's possible now to change undroppable item's position within inventory (affects Aegis, Meepo's and Kotl's Aghanims)
-Fixed Torrent on Burning Admiral being visible to enemies
-Fixed DK's Dragon Form projectile being invisible
-Fixed Corrosive Breath (Dragon Knight) not beind disabled by Break
-Fixed Frost Breath (Dragon Knight) not beind disabled by Break
-Fixed Astral Imprisonment visual effect moving further if a creep has been targeted by it
-Removed cast point and backswing from Phase Shift (0+0 now)
-Fixed Sven's ultimate with Aghanim affecting everyone instead of allies only
-Fixed Echo Slam not counting as a spell damage and not being increased by Magic Amplification
-Fixed Guardian Angel being penetrated by attacks for a small amount of damage
-Fixed Bristleback's Bristleback ability causing the attack it procs onto not being counted as an attack
-Fixed Mjollnir's on-damage lightning causing the attack it procs onto not being counted as an attack
-Fixed X Mark not interrupting some forced movements
Monkey King:
-Fixed Primal Spring targeting being visible to everyone instead of allies only
Balance:
-Nerfed Jingu Mastery: damage to 60/90/120/150, lifesteal to 15/30/45/60

Not really,ta is by far the most op hero here.Psi blades aoe is ridiculous,u just stand and hit creeps and the guy on the other side is losing 150 hp per hit if hes trying to score some lasthits.It takes no skill whatsoever to stand on the lane and autoattack.
Ta now kinda fits those cretins who also keep picking heroes like bs,slark,alchemist etc. .pretty sad considering it was a rather fun hero when the spill range and aoe were two times smaller.It really is a big deal because its a Snowball hero,if u have a good laning stage ure 80% guaranteed to win the game.Not to mention u get a deso and ure 2shotting every wave of creeps literally.Play ta god,mb ull win some games

Many heroes can be op in some way: viper, sky, invoker, geomancer
It all depends on overall skill level in 1 particular game, if people know how to pick and counter pick, place wards etc
