Refusing to kick game ruiner

Viper was afk from start but moved every 2-3 min so we couldn't kickafk him. This two players refused to kick game ruiner every time and even after warning.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Viper just start to AFK with moving once in 2-3 mins. You can see his items and lvl at the end of the game.  Enemy players refused to kick ruiner. We started votekick many times and said them why we wanted to kick him but they did not wanna vote. I even warned but this two guys wanted to take win on every cost. They refuse to vote on every votekick.

Unban Requests / Complain about B&U Moderator <Renovatio>

2) Moderator's nickname (as in subject).
Renovatio
3) Why you are not happy with Moderator's decision / behavior.
Render bad decision, personal judgement. He wanted to ban me so bad so he broke rule to do that. Did not know he is able to do that. Obvious power abusing.
4) Forum link / Game link.
Renovatio playing Dota often but he is not so good player. In one game he was too arrogant so I ignored him. He took that personally and just waited to ban me on some point. It's ok to ban me if i break the rules but I DID NOT BROKE ANY RULE. I will provide you with all details bellow.

He posted few light flames on chat but it's ok. He was nervous, we were loosing (if i did not ignored him i would for sure at that point).

Then he clearly stated what he is about to do:

La is not his personal playground and he cannot deny requests that are IN ORDER WITH RULES (or i'm wrong about this). He stated that I ask for "unbann once a week". Pure LIE. Maybe he mistaken me for somebody else. I really don't know about what he talking about. I play A LOT games here lately and on JUST ONE DAY i got twice unrecoverably dropped from GProxy++ :

No rule broken whatsoever. That's all from my unban requests. Also he did not have any business there because hamster931 unbanned me both times. I even PM hamster931 about possible technical cause of that problems.

He remembered me from that game and banned me finally today by Render bad decision based on personal judgement.

In that game We ALL agree to kick mortred because she was Feeding and refusing to play with team. I see Reno checked replay because he stated in response on that request:

Got kicked after you failed to notice your teammate being chased by slark. Maybe you didnt helped in purpose but we can never know. Mostly you were kicked for failing, no rules broken by you, so:

(You can't see that on chat, he was so interested in that game that he watched reply)

no rules broken by you == WRONG

player infam0us (mortred) violated rules and we agreed to kick him. Rules that are broken are:
1. Sabotaging Teammates, feeding, game ruining
2. Avoiding team fights, pushes, defending and similar in order to lose

Even in that post Renovatio stated Maybe you didnt helped in purpose but we can never know and that is pretty much same as rule two.

Also player infam0us flamed me on family base.

So Renovatio watched reply, saw me in that game and he broke rule by banning me. Also he banned six other players for no reason. In same post he stated that he will also ban player "speedisperfect" (he was alchemist) but he did not ban only him. Maybe he is his friend?

I don't wanna spam but that is JUST NOT OK. Maybe I'm wrong and this server is private playground of some people. In that case HF i will not play here anymore.

At min 35 first time. After that few times more. ALL agree to kick afk player except mirana (prince.amr).

When out player (tiny) went afk he move hero every 2-3 min so we could not kickafk him. We started votekick many times, all decent ppl voted but prince.amr (mirana) did not wanted to kick so they can win on that way. Tiny was reported in last post but mirana also ruined by refusing to kick AFK player. If we kicked him we could win. Many bad players here...

Second time today... It's really buggy when someone is dc  and while ppl w8 him to recconect host (usually tard) use sync command == 70% someone unrecoverably drop from GProxy. Can you post some topic to educate newbies about "sync" command. They ruining games like this. Ty in advance

He ruined game from start. He played min-two then go afk 3-4 mins.

He constantly go AFK. Play moment or two then stay AFK for 3-4 mins and all in range less then 5 mins so he could not be kicked for AFK. Game was tight and we need him but he was full time AFK. Even when they start to take out our base he just stay afk. Terrible player and as i see he have many reports for same thing. Maybe it's time for perma. He can be afk in your team tomorrow.
