Disruptive behaviour is the act of making someone's gameplay uncomfortable through nasty remarks, continuous harassment, specifically targetting a player, obsessively following them ingame.

Instead of insulting someone, pushing yourself to a sanction. You could guide the guy or report him if you believe he broke the rules but all what I see here, you're the guilty one.
