i also looking to make picture face looking 4k ultra quality is there any software for that or online software ??

you need high quality camera for a high quality picture.

You need to know how to use even a medium-level camera and you can obtain a high quality picture. Why do you ask for 4k?

I can filter the pic and makeup the face, to increase quality, but there's no way you get a 4k picture if your camera is low.
