I am sorry mate, y he was afk like you said and we can say that you lost game cuz of him, but he cant do nothing, from begin to the end his ms wasnt lower then 1000ms, on begin was 12000ms, so he couldnt give good playing cuz of lags, so he is quilt but in same time had good excuse to be afk. sorry but i am powerless here.
