AFK / game ruining / intentional feeding

4: When was the Rule Broken?
First of all he picks medusa like a fucking idiot vs those heroes which guarantees the loss, then he feeds all game, then he refuses to come to fight, then he sits afk in base. To answer the question, the rules were broken ALL game.

5: Explain to us a general vision about the situation.
Just a shit fucking player loving the sweet taste of -8 psr for himself after being a stupid gameruiner and soon a well deserved long ban hopefully.
