Post by: AGENT on April 01, 2016, 23:08: Few days ago, i've noticed that my w3 started to lag as hell. In fights my fps is like 12.. In gproxy log, always when i fight, this show up :

I get this sometimes as well, but I don't experience any problems in game. I suggest you open your PC and clean it if you haven't done it recently, also check your graphic card.

Post by: Lagi on April 04, 2016, 19:58: What you see in the gproxy log is a different story, that's an "experimental report" that cen left in, when we investigated the unrecoverably dropped bug if I remember well. Basically just a warning message that your ping is a bit high at that moment, and most likely it has nothing to do with your FPS.

What you should try is to launch some custom game or whatever, go to desktop, open the task manager or resource monitor, and investigate the resource usage, like CPU and stuff, maybe you have a buggy system element that sucks down your cpu. I had some shit once with a services that started to use like 60% of my cpu outta nowhere :) Maybe you have the same.
Or if you have a really old pc, a REALLY old one than maybe it's just simply not enough for dota :D

Post by: dotADRENALiNE on April 04, 2016, 21:53: Try playing offline on Custom Game, see if you have the same FPS drop. If the FPS is normal, its your connection, I have this mini-problem playing on other clients from time to time.

Post by: cen on April 05, 2016, 15:28: If you see a lot of these it means that your pc is processing game packets too slow and this could result in experiencing stutter in-game. I left this in for informational purpose but so far nobody really had this kind of performance issue. A couple of logs are ok but if this is constantly being thrown out while you are in game it means you probably have a bad experience.
